Om What a Wonderful World exists for people who want movement to feel supportive — not overwhelming. The work here is grounded in listening first: to your body, your nervous system, and the realities of your day-to-day life.
Every session is adaptable and intentional, drawing from yoga, Pilates, strength, mobility, and recovery to create something that feels both practical and empowering. There’s no pressure to perform — only an invitation to move with care, curiosity, and confidence.
Meet Karin
I’m Karin — a movement instructor, coach, and lifelong student of the body. My work is rooted in the belief that movement should support your life, not compete with it.
I teach across yoga, Pilates, strength training, circuit training, barre, mobility, and recovery, blending disciplines to create sessions that are thoughtful, adaptable, and sustainable. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here — every body, season, and day is different, and your movement should reflect that.
Whether we’re working together at home, at work, virtually, or in a shared space, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in your body — without pressure, performance, or intimidation.

Karin is a wonderful fitness instructor. She is thoughtful about the content she teaches and genuinely cares about students who take her classes. I've taken her active yoga class at the YMCA since she started teaching it there. She also teaches a fun Family Yoga class that my kiddo loves.
I liked her classes so much that I started taking her Bootcamp class, too, and it's equally awesome. Bootcamp is a totally different type of class from yoga, highlighting her versatility as a fitness instructor.
