My work lives at the intersection of movement and mindset. Through personal training, yoga, Pilates, and other movement modalities, I support your body. Through coaching, I support everything else — the beliefs, the patterns, the inner voice that shapes how you move through the world.

Whether you’re building confidence, navigating change, improving your health, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, I meet you where you’re at — in your body and in your life.

Meet Karin

I’m Karin — a movement instructor, coach, and lifelong student of the body and mind. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness should support your life, not compete with it.

I guide people through both physical training and personal growth, because feeling better isn’t only about how you move — it’s also about how you think, cope, heal, and show up for yourself. Strength is physical, emotional, and mental.

I teach across yoga, Pilates, strength training, circuit training, barre, mobility, and recovery, while also offering coaching for women who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or ready for a new chapter. Every person, season, and day is different, so there’s never a one-size-fits-all approach here.

Whether we’re working together at home, at work, virtually, or in a shared space, my goal is to help you feel stronger, clearer, more confident, and more at ease in your body and your life — without pressure, perfection, or intimidation.
